Review summary

Pros

Very strong endpoint-to-endpoint protection, all the way from your servers to the customer
Exhaustive documentation available. In case you encounter difficulties during installation/ operation, you may refer to the 'Administrator's Guide' which may be downloaded from your personal download page (see left sidebar in Screen Shot 3)

Cons

Large-sized installer (over 350 MB)
Long-winding, mutli-stage installation procedure. You might require the services of an expert for proper installation
Very choosy about fellow programs on your PC. Refuses to work alongside some other software e.g. KES' installer objected to the presence of IObit's 'Malware Fighter' that had been installed on my computer. I was compelled to sacrifice 'Malware Fighter' because KES' installer wouldn't proceed before it was removed from my PC
In an attempt to provide very tight security, creates a kind of 'Iron Curtain' between your servers and the rest of the Internet. Some of your trusted programs that connect to the Internet may suddenly complain about Internet connectivity issues, as KES may have blocked their access. You will need to re-enable Internet access for such programs separately
